Exalts briefly, simple but very poetical, the democratic legate of the politic ideology of chief Santander, focusing in the institutional values: the freedom, the wisdom and the solidarity, transmitted by the daily labor of the teachers.

Is divided in four same sides that symbolize: White: The purity of life. Red: The intensity of energy. Is organized in this way: the upper left side, white; the upper right side: red; the lower left side, red; the lower right side, white.
